J.L. is a 25y/o healthy female, who presents with a complaint of intensely pruritic erythematous papular rash to bilateral upper inner thighs and inner left forearm. State the rash started 24 hours ago after returning back from hiking through the woods, with recent exposures to hot tub use, trying new food such as scallops, and a new oily suntan lotion. She reported that her boyfriend does not have similar symptoms and that she has not tried any treatment for her rash yet. Physical exam shows a 6 cm set of linear, circumscribed, erythematous blisters on the left inner forearm and a 10 x 12 cm scattered contiguous erythematous papular rash with surrounding superficial excoriations on the inner thighs. Vitals stable and remaining physical exam normal.
