Problem Statement on case Erin Davis
Ms. Davis is a 20-year-old female who presents to the clinic with complaints of a headache. The headache is described as a dull, consistent headache that wraps around her head and has been happening for a "while." She reports that the headaches occur around three times per week and is relieved by Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen. She denied any associated symptoms of nausea, vomiting, dizziness, LOC, neck pain, or other neurological issues. Of note, the patient stated she lives with her boyfriend, who she is financially dependent on. On physical exam, bruising in different stages of healing is noted on the left breast and left arm.
